Terms of Sale

Who we are. Our Thriving Duckling is a small, family-run business based in Ontario, Canada, making 3D-printed accessories for families of premature and NICU-graduate babies. You can reach us any time at ourthrivingduckling@gmail.com.

Our products are accessories — not medical devices. Our holders are designed to organize and carry your equipment. They are not medical devices and do not replace, modify, or attach to any part of the pump or feeding system provided by your care team. Always follow your clinician's guidance for feeding and equipment use.

Prices and orders. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shown before you pay. Every holder is made to order. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email. In the rare case we can't fulfil an order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Changes. We may update our prices, products, or these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.

Our responsibility. We make each holder with care, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
