Privacy

We keep this simple, because we collect very little and we don't sell any of it.

What we collect.

• If you join the waitlist or message us, we collect your email (and your name and message, if you send one) through our form provider, Formspree.
• If you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, and order details, plus your email for order updates. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, send the one waitlist email, fulfil and ship your order, and handle any returns. That's it.

Who we share it with. We don't sell or trade your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Formspree (form messages), and Canada Post (delivery). Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet basic record-keeping obligations — then we remove it.

Your choices. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email ourthrivingduckling@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. If you're on the waitlist, every email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to remove you any time.

Cookies & analytics. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
