Shipping

Where we ship: Canada only, for now.

When it ships: each holder is made to order, so please allow about 2-4 business days for us to print and pack it before it goes out. We'll email you when it's on its way.

Cost: a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Carrier & tracking: we send orders via Canada Post, with tracking where it's available. Delivery time after shipping depends on where you are in the country.

Addresses: please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always help you track one down.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email ourthrivingduckling@gmail.com and we'll help make it right.
